The baby bird fed lil1 dog treats off the table

I'm trying to keep the birds out but this one was born here recently I watched it from egg to now.
It jumps on me to let it out and
Won't leave with the others who
Threw paper coffee cups and fag ends at me to let them out even an empty Costa Coffee tin with fag ends in.
Today baby bird who refuses to leave home has seen how excited lil1 gets when our friend throws dog treats over the fence and
Saw lil1 sat under the table watching them and
Jumped on the table and threw them at her.
A possibly toxoplasmosis bird threw possibly toxo pork infected treats at lil1 and refuses to leave
Do I shoot it ?
No, cos I haven't got a gun !
Throw cups and tins at it.
Actually the birds even speak english.
I open the door and wait then say come on birds and they come on command
The baby birds sibling is dead hanging from string in the roof on the dark side
