Pentagon Video From 2005 Bill Gates Vaccines That "Alter Behavior" by Changing DNA (see description)

This is a video I posted to my YouTube channel (that like my twitter got completely removed and I was banned from the platform) that I made back in early 2020 (Just thought I would throw one of my old videos in so people would know I have made my own videos in the past, sorry about the volume you may need to turn up your volume a little). Yes that is my Texas accent.

And also to give you an idea I do actually research a lot. I have the unique (odd/strange/weird) ability to be listening to a video on one subject and reading and researching on a different subject while listening. Sometimes I have a WTH moment and have to stop one or the other but I have done this for years and have just gotten used to doing it. But I digress.

Yes that is actually my voice and yes I was on to this whole vaccines can be used to change DNA and alter behavior in 2019 and long before. I don't read out loud well and I had been up about 22 hours when I got the wild hair to make this video, so the slurring you hear is from being tired and blurry eyed and not drunk. I seldom drink if at all any more.

However I first started researching this topic back in 2013. I have studied thousands of pages of information, studies, white papers and other things that I no longer have access to on this subject. This use of vaccines or other biological weapons (aka viruses) to alter behavior goes back decades.

There was a large study (experiment) done in San Francisco and in Portland in the last decade on an unsuspecting population (notice anything about those areas?). So here is Bill Gates telling what they can do with vaccines in 2005. Could this be why we have not seen a violent uprising against the establishment? Have those in charge through contaminated food, water, air, man made viruses and vaccines turned us into docile fearful sheep?

You cannot deny as a society that we have not been dumbed down. IQ's are falling. Certain segments of society have become more violent. Certain segments of society have been convinced to change their gender and our allow their children's gender to be changed. Could this be the cause of a lack of response to the open murder of millions of men, women and not children?

This of course has been augmented with propaganda and many other things but this could be why we are seeing certain behaviors violent or non violent and otherwise from different groups.

Some interesting comments made by Bill:
At 4:22 "The virus would immunize" --- Don't you immunize for a virus?
At 4:32 "Turn a fanatic into a normal person" --- Could they do the opposite? I believe they can and have.
At 4:47 "We have used flu and respiratory viruses" --- Upon being asked about how to spread this weapon around (sounds familiar)
At 5:14 "The name of this proposal is FunVax for religious fundamentalists --- Do they have one for blacks? Whites? Patriots?

I read over a few of the ongoing studies and experiments done after this video was made. They did and obviously have gone forward with this. Our military at work against the citizens.

Can people be triggered with race instead of religion? How do drugs play into this? Of course at some point Trump flipped on the vaccine question as you can see from his twitter posts in 2014. He now says get your booster and claims to be the father of the vaccine. That is a 180 by a politician if ever their was one.

I will let you ponder this one. I have been thinking through this for a long time. This video is well over 2 years old and I have become less forgiving and less tolerant (since they started mass murdering children with this) but I still have hope for all of humanity.
