Football Player Falls Into Ditch While Celebrating Goal

During a match in the Independence Cup 2025, Indonesia U-17 striker, 16-year-old Mierza Firjatullah scored in the 34th minute with a brilliant header against Tajikistan U-17 and ran toward the crowd to celebrate. But in his excitement, he jumped over a fence and accidentally fell into a 10 foot deep ditch next to the pitch.
After the match, Indonesia’s coach Nova Arianto confirmed that Mierza only suffered minor cramps and was doing fine.
