Police power ends where law begins

Police power ends where law begins. Receipts: UDHR Art. 9 (no arbitrary arrest); UDHR Art. 13 + ICCPR Art. 12 (freedom of movement); ICCPR Art. 9 (liberty, reasons for arrest, prompt review); UNDRIP Art. 4 (right to maintain our own legal systems). If an officer can’t name the offence and the lawful jurisdiction in plain words, it’s unlawful interference. State: “I do not consent.” Ask: “Am I detained? Under what law?” Record everything. File FOI for the paper trail. Evidence beats intimidation.
