Anarchist "Auditors" -vs- Right to be Left Alone, Non-Public "Forums" & Constitutionalism of Law

In this edition of The Liberty Perspective, Joe Marshall, author of 'Last Call for Liberty' (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/60447419-last-call-for-liberty), continues his look into the Post-Modern Anarchism of so-called 1st Amendment "Auditors", with a deeper look at what rights these anarchist/sovereign citizen "auditors" say they have verses what the Time, Place , Manner and other restrictions the law and courts have determined are reasonable. Not to say that ALL other "lawful" restrictions are reasonable - as many in my observation, are not.

Note the Memo/Directive read to Reyes mentions both Correctional Law & that the facility is NOT a public forum - which Reyes belligerently ignores to no apparent consequence, encouraging nothing but more and more of the same.
