Foggy Roll By on Cherohala Skyway

Pretty cool story… we encountered some white-out fog while driving up the Cherohala Skyway in Tellico Plains, TN. It was so blinding that we decided to turn around to head back.

As we were headed back down the mountain, we came upon a group of cars that had stopped off on the side of the road.

Fast forward a day later… as we wrap up lunch at Topoco Lodge (1.5 hours from the Skyway) did one of the guys with that group run over to mention that they had been trying to track us down all day.

Little did we know they had their cameras rolling as we drove by… and this is the video and photo they shot.
