Quick, easy, and delicious. This cup omelet will have you starting the day off right in just 2 short minutes. What could be better than that?

Recipe:
Large omelet
3 large eggs
butter (unsalted preferred)
1 tbsp cream or milk
salt and pepper
3 leaves of spinach
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch parsley
1 thick slice of cheddar cheese

Small omelet
1 large egg
1 tsp salsa
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper
1 small slice of pepper jack cheese
