We’re a British family taking on one of America’s most legendary party foods — the 7 Layer Dip! 🇬🇧❤️🇺🇸 From creamy refried beans to tangy salsa, smooth guacamole, zesty sour cream, shredded cheese, fresh tomatoes, and crisp lettuce — we’ve stacked it all high and proud in our UK kitchen following a classic American recipe.

It’s our first-ever taste of this ultimate game day / Super Bowl/potluck classic, and we’re giving you our honest British verdict. Does it live up to the hype? Will we eat it with tortilla chips like pros… or make a mess? 😅

Can I make it in advance?
Yes! Assemble up to 6 hours ahead, cover, and refrigerate. Add lettuce just before serving.

Can I swap ingredients?
Absolutely — some swap lettuce for more cheese, or add black beans, corn, or even ground beef.

Is it spicy?
Not necessarily — heat depends on your salsa & toppings.
