OREGON Governor Kotek calls Special Session

The Oregon Constitution calls for gas taxes and vehicle fees to be allocated for road maintenance and projects. In 2017 there was a transportation bill that was passed that changed how funds are spent. Governor Kotek in her could re allocate funds in her proposal.
