How do you solve the issue of the network interfaces on Linux VM's when the IP is not automatically assigned at startup? This problem arises when we install a virtual machine using a different hypervisor than the one used to create it. In such cases, the Linux machine may not obtain an IP address, making it unreachable on the local network.

In this video we'll fix this and teach a VM from Vulnhub who's boss by redefining the system default interface with some vi magic.
