Judge Steele Dismantles Delusional Danesh—Case on Verge of Dismissal After Hurting Others
Delusional. Vindictive. Dangerous. That’s the picture U.S. District Judge John E. Steele painted of Danesh Noshirvan in a blistering August 12, 2025 ruling. Two days later—either unable or unwilling to process reality—Danesh filed a motion to dismiss Patrick Trainor’s counterclaims. It’s a legal Hail Mary drafted by his lapdog attorney, Nick “Dickless Nick” Chiappetta, and it’s already dead on arrival.
Steele’s opinion is the law of the land in this fight, and it’s devastating for Danesh. The federal judge sanctioned him for “subjective bad faith” conduct that “could only have been committed in bad faith.” He found Danesh’s smear campaign against opposing counsel was “false and intentionally made to incite followers to engage in foreseeable harassment and intimidation.” This wasn’t a misunderstanding—it was targeted malice. People got hurt. Lives were disrupted. And Danesh orchestrated it.
The ruling obliterates Danesh’s case. Steele flatly stated “none of the other evidence establishes any of the allegations” against Trainor. He noted McGibney’s much-touted declaration “does not say that Trainor conspired with Camp,” gutting Danesh’s conspiracy fantasies. What’s left? A litigant with a history of weaponizing social media now grasping at legal straws while his own lawsuit teeters on the brink of dismissal.
Trainor, meanwhile, emerges vindicated. The judge’s findings support his counterclaims and portray him as the target of Danesh’s malicious crusade. Danesh isn’t just losing—he’s exposed as a delusional agitator who abuses the courts to punish critics.
Chiappetta didn’t escape, either. Steele issued a formal public reprimand, finding he “failed to meet the professional standards expected from officers of the court.” In open court, Chiappetta greenlit Danesh’s harassment instead of stopping it. His name is now etched in the record alongside his client’s disgrace.
This is more than a legal defeat—it’s the unraveling of Danesh’s entire persona. His credibility is gone. His case is dying. And the federal judge overseeing it has made clear: one more step out of line, and the whole thing gets tossed.
For Rumble viewers, this is the raw, unvarnished truth: Delusional Danesh isn’t the victim. He’s the aggressor. He’s hurt people, he’s lied to the court, and now his reckoning is here.
