Instead of saying Walrus (another Paul reference) they decided to speak it with a lisp. People with lisps are often misunderstood for spitting their words (which is really not true). Whether or not it's intended for a specific person in their circle, something to do with Paul is dead or just a general observation we'll never know.

4:20 "Oh Living life on the right Can't message they won't pay ya" is clearly another reason Zeppelin put content backwards in their songs, to avoid the persecution that would have ensued. The video has the word 'can' but I think it's 'can't' and it makes more sense in the context.
