DC is a test run because the federal government and the president have more executive powers in DC than in any other city. Trump has said that he can continue this under a state of emergency in any city in the United States, it will give him the power equal to what he has right now until a court stops it to prove a point.

When you see a homeless person you have to ask why? No one should be on the streets homeless without asking the question Why and how to solve it. We have a surplus in Georgia, we can’t feel good that we have enormous spending on certain issues where people are stealing money from the taxpayers and then we have someone sleeping on the street. You can’t just take a bulldozer and clean up the tents and be done with it. You have to solve the problem.
We do need to clean up the crime, drugs, and corruption while someone steals the money and someone is sleeping on the street.
