James Gunn is LYING About Superman Digital Release to Save the DCU!

James Gunn has ran his mouth once again and spread more lies and cope than necessary. The one truth is that he is fast at work in the next installment of what he has dubbed the Superman Saga, so Clark Kent is doomed. Depending on how Supergirl factors into that equation, even that announcement could be a lie.

As for the expedited arrival of Superman on digital platforms, Gunn is spinning it as a means to get it in everyone's hands prior to the release of Peacemaker Season 2, as it is the next logical iteration of the DCU and the film's natural follow up. Yes, an R-Rated television show, in its second season, is the follow up for the beginning of a universe.

Maybe James Gunn was the wrong guy to lead a universe after all...
