FSB and Russian Ministry of Defense conducted an operation to destroy the Ukrainian missile program "Sapsan." The Sapsan was designed for strikes up to 750 km deep into Russia. The project was overseen at the highest echelon with the support of Germany. The program's failure deprived the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the ability to increase ballistic strikes on critical Russian infrastructure.
