We are joined by Palestinian academic and writer Shahd Abusalama, who grew up in Gaza's Jabaliya refugee camp about the daily struggle genocide survivors face just to stay alive.

This is a segment from The Electronic Intifada's livestream on day 678 of the Gaza genocide. Ali Abunimah, Nora Barrows-Friedman and Jon Elmer were joined by Dyab Abou Jahjah, a Belgian-Lebanese political activist and writer and co-founder of The Hind Rajab Foundation, and Gaza-born Palestinian academic Shahd Abusalama.
