Why I’m Taking Legal Action Against My Former School District. They Tried to Push Me Out — Here’s What Really Happened This is my story..

On May 15, 2025, I signed a legally binding, Board-approved teaching contract with Township High School District 2** I entered that contract in good faith, prepared to serve students for the 2025–2026 school year.
Over the summer, I taught two full sessions of summer school at Hoffman Estates High School — not a single student earned below a B-. I was committed, prepared, and ready to start the school year.
Then, just weeks before the first day of school, I was told the District would be “moving on” from me — without due process, and despite my repeated attempts to work with HR, the principal, and both local and state teachers’ unions to resolve the matter internally.
In this live stream, I will share:
• The full timeline of what happened
• The steps I took to address the situation
• Why I filed a civil lawsuit for breach of contract, constructive dismissal, and due process violations
• What this means for ALL teachers and educators across the country
This is not about attacking anyone — it’s about standing up for fairness, honoring agreements, and ensuring educators are treated with respect.
