Not before we have a little chat about Expert witness Evans latest instalment on television in a Panorama special called "Who to Believe" which aired earlier this week and when questioned about the fact that his evidence simply didn’t stack up simply replied “What does it matter”
I haven’t seen the whole documentary, perhaps you have?
If I said I was shocked to hear an expert witness say “What does it matter” about getting their evidence wrong within the first 10 minutes of a documentary (I’ve only seen an online clip) Id be understating it
