I attempted to bake chocolate cupcakes in my mini oven using the Woolworths Chocolate Cake Mix 🍫🧁

The recipe called for 25 minutes, but I baked them for 35 minutes hoping to get a good rise. Unfortunately, even at 250°C, the mini oven couldn’t maintain the heat and the cupcakes spread across the muffin tray instead of rising.

They stuck to the tray, so I had to cut them out—leaving them fragile and crumbly. When icing, I had to blob it on instead of spreading, and finished with chocolate sprinkles. Despite the messy outcome, they were still absolutely delicious!
