On my way 🚗 to a court eviction ⚖️… and in a company meeting 💼 at the same time 👀

Driving to court today for a Summary Ejectment hearing against a tenant who is late on rent. In this case, we’re seeking possession only — no judgment for money owed — because the priority is getting the property back under landlord control.
The tenant will still have the 10-Day Appeal period to pay their account in full and stay in the home… but I’ve heard too many “I promise I’ll pay” speeches to just hit pause on the process. If we’ve learned anything in property management, it’s this: Promises don’t keep the lights on — payments do.
I also show you a behind-the-scenes look at multitasking on the road:
📞 Participating in a company meeting with our Property Managers, Leasing Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, and Residential Coordinator — all while heading to court.
This is what it takes to succeed in property management:
✅ Stay flexible — problems rarely happen on schedule
✅ Be mentally agile — switching from legal work to operations in seconds
✅ Keep grinding — because every day is a balancing act of deadlines, people, and properties
From legal action to team coordination, it’s all part of protecting our landlords’ investments and keeping operations running smoothly.
Let’s go!
