Welcome to "The Road 2 Emmaus"

The story of the road to Emmaus is found in the Gospel of Luke chapter 24:13-35.
This account of two men meeting the Risen Savior on the road to Emmaus the day of His resurrection, reveals several things about their lack of understanding of the scriptures and God’s plan presented throughout what we call the Old Testament, the Hebrew Bible. These two men held an incorrect view about the Messiah that most of the nation believed at that time. So why call this channel “The Road 2 Emmaus”? We too are like the disciples on the road to Emmaus. We sometimes have our own preconceived ideas and understandings about Jesus, His ministry and God's purposes that may be incorrect. But God in his kindness and grace wants us to come to full maturity to a complete and correct understanding of Him and His plan.
