Goodbye Boring Beef! Ginger Mint Ground Beef

For those that have been doing a keto or carnivore lifestyle, it's sometimes easy to get stuck making the same dishes over and over. It happens. This is a video to help shake things up and declare, No more boring beef! Let's make some mint and ginger ground beef!

Ingredients:
~ 2 lbs ground beef (I used 80/20)
~ 2 - 3 cloves garlic, squished
~ 1 large onion, cut in half then sliced
~ 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger
~ 4 - 5 grams fresh mint leaves, fine dice
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute beef on medium high heat for a couple minutes. Once it's around 2/3 of the way done, drop in the onions. Cook for another minute or two until the ground beef is done, then add the garlic, ginger and mint. Saute to mix. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!

This is a quick recipe that can be done in a large batch for meal prep or it can be put together and cooked rapidly enough to do as a work week night meal.

Not sure you want the ground beef all broken up? No problem! Just dice the onions small, add an egg or two, then make the dish into meatballs! And, say goodbye to boring beef!
