Mice are always a fickle topic as everyone has their preferences. One such being the price itself and as such it is always nice to have budget options available. Today I'm looking at one such option. The EWEADN S9 Max which is a budget competitor to the Razer Viper V3 Pro at 1/3rd of the price.
