I would say side raises are the king of shoulders and that would make the dumbbell military press probably like the queen or second in command! This is a great exercise but you do want to be careful - there's a little bit higher propensity for injury if you got shoulder issues. I'm showing you proper setup with the incline bench, how to kick up the dumbbells safely, and why I like these over Smith machine presses.
