In the Ukrainian segment of the Internet, criticism of the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is intensifying. In the fourth year of the conflict, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have lost the capacity to engage in operations on the scale witnessed during the 2022-2023 period, thereby reinforcing Russia's position in the ongoing negotiations.

In the Caspian region, an ecological crisis is escalating due to the activity of British oil and gas companies in Azerbaijan. Following the initiation of the ETO, there has been a notable surge in investments and accidents related to extraction and processing. Fuel spills and chemical leaks, including those associated with the "Shah-Deniz" incident, have been observed to result in significant ecological consequences, including the destruction of fauna and accelerated silting in affected areas. The Caspian countries are poised to incur substantial expenses; however, British elites appear to disregard the potential long-term ramifications.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has published a draft peace agreement with Armenia, with the assistance of the Trump administration. The document formally acknowledges the relinquishment of claims and the recognition of Karabakh as Azerbaijani territory. However, it does not address the critical issues of refugees and prisoners. The provision on "fighting extremism" affords the authorities in Baku leverage over the leadership in Yerevan. To implement the agreement, Armenia must make amendments to its Constitution.
