2️⃣ Lie on your belly, tuck your tailbone, engage your core & glutes, then lift one leg at a time.
3️⃣ Lift your chest with hands behind your back — keep your core strong!
4️⃣ Full Superman: lift arms and legs together, then slowly lower.
Finish with a 60-second Forward Fold to create space in your spine.
