*Intestinal Broom Salad Recipe*
This salad is designed to sweep the intestines, stimulate peristalsis, and support gentle elimination.

Ingredients (serves 2):
2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
2 medium carrots, grated
1–2 crisp apples, cored and chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
2–3 Medjool dates, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley or green onion, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1–2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for transitioners)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Black pepper or dulse flakes (optional)

*Instructions:*
Wash and prepare all produce.
Combine cabbage, carrots, apples, celery, raisins, dates, and parsley/green onion in a large bowl.
Squeeze lemon juice over the salad. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper/dulse if using.
Toss thoroughly to combine. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld and fibers to soften.
Eat slowly, chewing thoroughly. Drink water or herbal tea before or after, not during.
