INSTRUCTIONS:
Start with 30, and work your way UP to 108 ( as the yogis do. Remember impermanence! This too shall pass - the mind will often try to quick before the body, you got this!)
1. Squat down on your tippie toes with your heals touching
2. Inhale up while keeping your hands on the ground and straightening your spine
3. Exhale down out of your mouth
4. Repeat 30x/day and work your way up to 108/day
When you feel strong in your legs/core/root you will begin feeling stronger in your body which will translate to more grounded opportunities in the 3D
