FEMA was another thing your enemies used to launder money and pay your enemies with. They paid to train their sleeper cells in your nations against you. FEMA money that was meant to go to storm victims instead it went to planned terrorist attacks against this nation and went to cause more deaths. The IRS and the way it is run is not legitimate per your Constitution and this nation didn’t even know it. The IRS, the way it is now was designed by the Elites and the Establishment.
