Make these delicious stuffed bell peppers for an easy and comforting dinner! Juicy ground beef, fluffy rice, and a rich tomato sauce topped with melted cheese — all baked to perfection. Perfect for a cozy family meal or meal prep.

Ingredients:
• Bell peppers — 4 medium
• Ground beef — 0.75–0.88 lb (350–400 g)
• Cooked rice — 3.5 oz (100 g)
• Onion — 1 medium (½ for filling, ½ for sauce)
• Garlic — 1 clove
• Salt, black pepper, paprika — to taste
• Spaghetti sauce — 1 jar (about 24 oz / 680 g)
• Water or broth — ½ cup (120 ml)
• Cheese — 3–4 oz (85–115 g), grated or sliced
• Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp

Instructions:
1. Slice tops off peppers, remove seeds.
2. Chop ½ onion, sauté in oil.
3. Mix beef, rice, sautéed onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika.
4. Fill peppers, place tops back on.
5. For sauce: sauté remaining onion, add spaghetti sauce and water/broth, bring to boil.
6. Place peppers in baking dish, pour sauce around them (¾ height).
7. Cover with foil, bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 min.
8. Uncover, top with cheese, bake 10–15 min until melted and golden.
