Review: ISOM #3 - Fill in the Blanks!

The first section of the Rippaverse Ethic is titled "Respect the Customer", but when you give no consideration at all either to new customers unfamiliar with your product or to existing customers who have experienced a two year wait between issues, how is that respectful?
