On November 13, 2024, a historic congressional hearing convened at the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., addressing a subject that has captivated global curiosity for decades: Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), formerly known as UFOs.
Under oath, witnesses delivered testimony, asserting that the U.S. government has concealed critical information about UFOs/UAP from the public, elected officials, and the international community for nearly eight decades. They argued that this secrecy violates constitutional principles, urging immediate transparency, accountability, and the full disclosure of the truth regarding UFOs/UAP.
However, a critical question remains: all testimony presented during the hearing was pre-approved by the Department of Defense’s Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR). Can the narrative of UFO/UAP disclosure be trusted when filtered through the very institution accused of withholding the truth for generations?
