Red Dot or Scope

In this video I go to the range and shoot at 200 yard target using a SKS with open sights, an AR with red dot, and Ruger bolt action in 223 with a scope. In a grid down situation I think the bolt action with a scope will give you the greatest advantage. What do you think.
