About Lieutenant Marc Evans

Lt. Marc Evans, a 28-year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department, is a widely respected expert on human trafficking, counterterrorism, and vice-related crimes. Having trained more than 7,000 law enforcement personnel across the country, he is a leading Expert Witness on the subject matter. Lt. Evans spends his free time educating students, teachers, and school administrators about human trafficking and prevention. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Master's degree in Criminal Justice - Critical Incident Management/Counterterrorism.
