I lost 3.4 pounds this week. I go over the things that I changed from last week and share a bit of my story and tips. Stay with me because I'm going to hit my goal. I have about 40 to 45 pounds left to lose. I've lost 26 total to date.
I do calorie counting. I do this because I need to learn portion control. Secondly, I want to eat everything that I want without food restrictions.
This is working for me. Because of some of the health problems that I have, it is harder for me than most and that's a fact.
I have put my diaries in every Monday. The past ones are in detail, but not so much the last 4 weeks or so because I'm not eating anything different. I will share with you the different foods or menus when I eat them. I would suggest going back and looking at the first few videos and the Monday ones if you want to know what I'm eating.
