Fresh out of a narcissistic/Avoidant relationship CAN'T FEEL ANYTHING

RAW/Just out of a toxic relationship. Couldn't feel anything, LOST MYSELF, almost complete SELF ERASURE! I could barely find words to speak, almost like I had brain damage! Thank God I'm healing and learning so much!
