Tuscan Brick Oven Bistro Review | Freeport’s Must-Try Pizza Spot!

The Tuscan Brick Oven Bistro in Freeport, ME offers a charming dining experience with a warm Spanish-inspired décor and vibrant artwork that makes the spacious interior feel inviting. Conveniently located with plenty of parking, it’s a great spot to enjoy their specialty—authentic brick oven pizzas bursting with flavor and perfectly crisp crusts. While the lobster bisque was flavorful though not the best we’ve had, and our meals arrived a bit cooler than we prefer, the taste and presentation were still excellent. Service was polite, albeit slower than expected, but overall, the atmosphere and food quality make it a worthwhile stop for anyone visiting Freeport.
