Funding Concept to Correct Current Mortgage Environment and for the Future.
Current Market Assumptions:
1) Mortgage interest deduction encourages leverage. Keep rolling mortgage due to the front load of interest for tax reasons.
2) Mortgages are not fully collateralized due to a reduction in home values ("under water"). This sets the market up for a walk-away scenario in a down market.
3) Downward "Death" Spiral can occur due to increased inventory on lenders books. Regulators forced sales force communities to be de-valued artificially.
4) A weaponized judicial system is seizing property for profit, no Trial by Jury.

How to Correct:
1) Foreclosed property or property located in a defined "Blight" area will receive five years tax amnesty (two years for capital gains) at the Federal and State level.
2) Mortgage Principal deduction encourages payment. Front load the mortgage with principal payments for tax reasons. Less Risk on lender (US taxpayer, aka Bank)
3) Only Primary residence gets principal deduction. Second residence will have principal deduction if primary residence is paid in full. This can roll on in the same manner.
4) Parents may move funds tax free to siblings for purchase and/or principal payment of a primary residence only if Parents' primary residence is debt free.
5) New Mortgage Structure (Saving Bridge): Lender participates in future appreciation (Reward) of the house recognized at sale of property. Simple lien like process to execute.
6) Market is liquid with a positive bias (low volatility). Speculative "Booms" are constrained by the "Natural Limit" set from Only Individuals Can Participate in the Saving Bridge Plan.
