The U.S. National Security Establishment Has No Concept of Information Warfare

08/09/2025 Robert Spalding @robert_spalding, a retired United States Air Force brigadier general: The U.S. national security establishment has no concept of information warfare, psychological warfare and cognitive warfare happening in the U.S.. We have nobody that's responsible for responding to them. The country that does this well right now is Taiwan. They created NGOs, policies, tools, algorithms and other things to go after it. And we have done nothing about that.
