Let it be clear that we, personally and individually, have made peace with Dr. Henderson; let it also be clear that there are numerous misunderstandings that continue to cloud the issues.

In the teleconference aired last night by Dr. Henderson, August 7th 2025, the nature of those misunderstandings became very apparent.

1. The "US" is not America. It never has been. And 90% of what Dr. Henderson was describing as "the United States of America" and activities of "the United States of America" ---isn't American, either.

2. There are two separate entities being represented by the same words.

There is The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, which is American.

There is "the United States of America, Incorporated" which is a British Territorial (British Crown) Corporation, which is not American.

3. We believe Dr. Henderson is a fair man, and he would not knowingly or willingly lie about anything to anyone, so his references to "the United States of America, Incorporated" as if it was The United States of America, our Federation of States, is clearly a mistake and unfortunately, it is a common mistake.

4. Our country in international affairs is supposed to be represented by our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America, not by our British Territorial Subcontractor calling itself "the United States of America--- Incorporated", so if you want answers, you need to ask the right people, the correct version of "United States of America". Dr. Henderson and the government corporations running 198 other countries have been talking to Donald Trump about matters he has no knowledge of and which he cannot address even if he wanted to.
