Whether you are using Roma tomatoes or larger steak tomatoes, this is the easiest way to dice tomatoes for salads or tacos. In this video, I’ll show you how to dice tomatoes with the pulp, without the pulp, and do it all with whatever knife you have (even that old bread knife lurking in the drawer).
