And there is no Colonial nation or any non-African nation that can be a "Champion of African Sovereignty" Africans must champion their own sovereignty if it is to mean anything. If Africa is to rise and be of benefit to Africa it will be because of Africans themselves. We must stop looking at Western involvement in Africa as a game changer when they are here for their own interests. Africa should also take care of her own interest and the interest of her people who have suffered two slave trades, colonialism, neo-colonialism and this endless scramble for Africa.
