8/8/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) I Like to go Really Late to Mess With Gangstalking PERPS

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

I had chats with some of the other membbers of our international groups about methods on how we can mess up the various uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators. I told the others, that doing things really late is one way to mess with the various types of perps to ruin their timing and personal life plans. Repeatedly dragging out the various perps and collaborators could damage their family relationships, children relationships, by constantly being away to do gangstalking perpetrator things. They will miss family and friends time and those people will be annoyed with them, or cause friction. My global global groups and fellow group members would then record videos and photographs of the various perps and collaborators being inconvenienced, for everyone else to watch. We get bonus points for pissing and shitting on the various perps even more than usual.

Here is the most interesting part of what my international group associates and I do. We do not just share the collected gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to just a few groups. We share the perps and collaborators to every group we can connect with globally. I told the others that only doing things locally and half ass, is very ineffective. Why waste time and effort if you are going to be doing anything?

The three points of this video, you need to watch closely, are the white security guard company car, the late loitering black truck on street parking, and the hesitating white truck on one of the downtown streets at night time. All 3 of the main video points take place in the dark of night.

The white security company car took off really fast after I walked by to video record the security guard inside the car. I even stood around and hidden in some bushes and trees to record and watch that security car take of faster than usual.

The loitering black truck on the side of the street was not as visible at night, but you can see me turn and drove past that truck slow and close to get some recording of it. You can see the lit back lights of the truck as I drove past. That same black truck was loitering at the same time and place last week too. Last week, I drove around from a different direction and left that black gangstalking perps truck waiting all night as I left from another direction and down a different street. I want to mess up perp schedules.

The last white perp truck is another one you should be watching. That white perp truck was hesitating to drive past me, until I waited too long and forced him to drive in front of me and my spy camera. A non gangstalking perp would not be so anxious about getting internet famous. That was the white truck I was following for a few city blocks at night.

The next weekend will be here and that means I will need more fresh and new uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to pass along at my weekend online and offline meetings with my various group associates. I will not waste any gangstalking perps to make me look good in front of the other international group members.
