Revelation 7 begins the Tribulation in earnest, part 2

It reveals the 144,000 Jewish evangelists who will evangelize the Earth. The 144,000 Jewish evangelists finish the Good News Message of salvation by grace through faith in Messiah that His bride could not.

When John saw the one who had been revealing to him the revelation of Elohim’s Lamb, it is very possible that his heavenly self guided him. We too will be able to witness our new selves in Heaven with Yeshua and Abba.

There is hope for humanity in being saved during the Great Tribulation. Here, in Revelation 7:9, John describes a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language. We also see this great cloud of witnesses described in Hebrews 12.
