Make Janggi! It is the Korean Version of Chess - based on a 100 year old museum piece.

Janggi is the Korean version of Chess. It is derived from, and very similar to, the Chinese chess game called Xianggi.
This video is a tutorial showing you how to make the game of Janggi. It includes several variations including a simple board and playing pieces, a more sophisticated game board with a chest for holding it and a small box to hold the pieces.
You can make any variation depending on what you like, what materials you have, and what your crafting skill level is. Although all of the variations are pretty easy!

This is a fun and easy cardboard and paper project you can make. It is also part of my series of international games.
