A light box is a great tool for art, crafts, design and more. It is very useful to you for a lot of purposes. And you don't have to buy one. In this video I make a big lightbox and show you how to do it with just a few very cheap supplies.

This is a tutorial where I show you how to make a big and beautiful light box out of cardboard and some basic materials. This one is 24" x 18". And you can make your light box any size you like.

A lightbox is an amazing tool for artwork, tracing, creativity and for stained glass work.

You need very little for tools and just a few supplies. I show you everything.
This is a creative and very useful cardboard project that you will love to use.

-Cardboard
-Glue or hot glue gun
-Hobby Knife
-Sheet of clear plastic lexan (1/8" thick)
-String of LED lights (Less than ten dollars)
-1 sheet of dollar store foamboard

The exact lexan I bought on Amazon is right here:

This is twice as much as needed for this project. You only need 1 sheet that is 1/8" thick and 24 x 36 inches. You cut it in half. This particular Amazon product gives you two sheets. So, I have a spare sheet for other project. You can shop around if you want to just get one sheet.
And note that you can buy precut sheets of lexan in hardware stores both Home Depot and Lowe's.

The exact string of LED lights with brightness adjustment knob is here:

Cardboard is Amazing!
