We’ve had SO many requests to try this — Zuppa Toscana! This Italian-inspired, American-favourite soup from Olive Garden is packed with sausage, bacon, potatoes, kale, cream, and tons of flavour. We followed a recipe sent in by Mary Schmidt and cooked it step-by-step in our kitchen for the very first time.

Did it live up to the hype? Could we make it as good as Olive Garden? And what did our British taste buds think? There’s only one way to find out…
