Deep Thoughts While Walking

Hey y'all...welcome back to another video from a couple of my walks. Hopefully, you get the old SNL reference.

The "deep thought" revolves around good vs perfection. People often think that things have to be perfect to get results...or at least the best results. However, this is not the case. Doing "good" consistently over time will lead to amazing results. A lot of times though, people don't want to hear that.

They want the best results possible and they want them now. Therefore, they try to optimize/maximize everything. Yet, I ask "how do you optimize/maximize everything?" What about the different interactions that occur? What about unforeseen life circumstances occurring? There is no way to account for all of those factors. Also, I would argue that the "stress" of trying to be perfect will lead to worse gains over time vs a consistently good approach.

I was able to get some videos and pictures during a recent storm. Luckily, there was no lightning, so I was safe. I also got a nice video of the light as the sun was just starting to rise.

Thanks for watching the video. As a "thank you", here are links to get a discount on supplements, protein powder, etc.
