It’s a firsthand account of a child used as a weapon by the very institutions that claim to protect us: Chris Laterreur was born in Canada in 1975 but by age 6 he was no longer a child he was government property. Recruited into the MKULTRA program, Chris was subjected to trauma-based mind control, ritual abuse, and black-ops training.
