My Response to Pastor Jack Hibbs & California Assembly Bill #495 | Mark C. Biteler

Pastor Jack Hibbs has told his congregation in Chino Hills, CA to leave the state if Assembly Bill #495 passes the state legislature, which it is expected to do. The problem with that is the Lord is telling everyone to leave regardless of the passage of the bill.
